How do I keep monitoring after locking the iPhone?

Start monitoring before locking the screen and keep microphone permission enabled. For an overnight session, connect power and place the iPhone about 0.5–1.5 metres from your head without covering it.

Why was snoring not detected?

A single short sound does not immediately trigger an alert. The app waits for repeated, sustained patterns that may be snoring to reduce false alerts from coughing, speech, or environmental noise.

Why does Apple Watch show as not installed?

Confirm the iPhone and Apple Watch are paired, then install Quit Snoring from the Watch app on iPhone. Open the app on both devices and return to iPhone Settings to refresh the status.

Why is the Pro price unavailable?

Monitoring works offline, but price display, purchase, and restore require access to Apple’s App Store. Check the network and App Store account, then try again.

How do I delete local data?

Open Settings › Delete All Monitoring Records and Recordings. This permanently erases reports and recordings managed by the app.
